Project information and inquiries

This website presents our work and provides a way to contact us. Project descriptions and material information are general examples, not a site-specific assessment, installation specification, or promise that a particular system is suitable for your property. Recommendations depend on the building, existing conditions, intended use, and project requirements.

Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a construction contract, reserve a start date, establish a price, or authorize work. We confirm the scope, materials, pricing, schedule, payment terms, and any applicable warranties through a separate written agreement. That agreement governs the project; these website terms do not amend it or reduce your statutory rights.

The contact form is not monitored continuously and is not an emergency-response service. For time-sensitive requests, call our office at (203) 762-7017. We cannot guarantee immediate availability.

Responsible use

Please provide accurate contact information and submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not use the website to send spam, malicious files, unlawful content, or another person’s confidential information without permission. Do not attempt to access private inquiries, account settings, or systems without authorization, bypass security controls, or disrupt the service.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect information, or maintain security.

Photographs and website content

Project photographs, videos, text, and branding are owned by Maultz Construction or used with permission, except where otherwise identified. You may view the website and share links for personal use or to discuss a prospective project. Obtain permission before reproducing our photographs or other content in advertising, publications, or another business’s website. Nothing here limits uses permitted by applicable law.

Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Links to suppliers and other external websites are provided for reference; those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected through inquiries, its use and storage, and how to request correction or deletion. We use the contact details you provide to respond to your request. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing subscription.

Website email notifications

Maultz Website Notifications is an administrative feature for the website owner. With authorization, it uses the business Gmail account to send test messages and alerts about new inquiries. It requests permission to send email; it does not provide customers with a mailbox or access to the owner’s account.

The owner may disconnect the feature in the private email settings and revoke its authorization in Google Account connections. Google’s services are subject to Google’s own terms. Email delivery and continued authorization depend on Google and other service providers; notifications may be delayed or fail. The private website inbox remains the place to check saved inquiries.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but information may need correction and the service may experience interruptions. We may update project content, features, or availability. If you notice an error or cannot submit an inquiry, please contact us directly.

Photographs and project descriptions do not create a separate workmanship or product warranty. Any applicable warranty is described in the relevant project agreement or manufacturer’s documentation. These terms do not exclude responsibilities or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Changes do not retroactively amend an existing construction agreement.
